We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it will be immediately forwarded to our shipping partner.
Please note:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, cancellation is no longer possible and not free of charge, as the order will already be in processing or shipping.
Shipping
- We offer free shipping on all orders in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Orders are shipped via reliable international shipping partners
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code (if available)
Delays
In exceptional cases (such as busy periods, holidays, or external circumstances), delivery may take longer than expected.
We ask for your understanding and always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an address error:
- we cannot guarantee a refund
- any additional shipping costs may be charged
