Returns

You have the right to return your order within 60 days of receipt.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, cancellation is no longer possible, as the order will have already been processed and shipped.

Damaged or incorrect products

Have you received a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via calmnest.nl@gmail.com and include photos if possible.
We will provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
This may take several business days depending on your bank.
