We do our best to offer you the best possible experience. Below you will find our refund policy.

Right to refund

You are eligible for a refund when:

  • Your product is returned within 60 days of receipt
  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is in its original packaging

Return costs are at the customer's expense.

Return process

To be eligible for a refund, you must first contact us at:
calmnest.nl@gmail.com

We will provide you with the correct return instructions.
Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

Refund processing

Once we have received and inspected your return:

  • the refund will be processed via the original payment method
  • it may take 3–7 business days for the amount to appear on your account

Not eligible for a refund

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete
  • Products that fall outside the 30-day return period
  • Orders that have already been shipped and cannot be cancelled

Damaged or incorrect products

Have you received a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at calmnest.nl@gmail.com and include clear photos.

We will provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, cancellation is no longer possible and not free of charge, as the order is already being processed or shipped.
